Red Heart On Wooden Background

This 6-week, interactive book study is for anyone ready to live life to the fullest.

Best selling author, Brene Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent the past decade studying vulnerability, courage, worthiness, and shame.

As we study Brene’s best selling book The Gifts of Imperfection, you will learn how to cultivate 5 key ingredients for Wholehearted living:

  1. Authenticity
  2. Self-Compassion
  3. A Resilient Spirit
  4. Gratitude & Joy
  5. Intuition & Trusting Faith

In addition to  weekly class discussion, we will also complete a weekly creative assignment to “drive home” the value we are studying in a hands-on & tangible way.
